Sponsor your relatives/friends in India, China… to study in the UK
Birmingham College is located at the heart of the Birmingham City centre. The College offers a wide range of professional education and training programs.
The College offers guaranteed admission, guidance and assistance in studying: Management, Health and Social Care, English Study, Management, Continuing Professional Development Courses to qualified international students.
The College has an Asia office in India and professionals in the Indian subcontinent who can help your relative or friend in the application process, visa guidance, documentation and post visa arrangements such as accommodation needs in the UK.
The policy of the college will invoke a full 100% refund of the tuition fees paid by the student's relatives, friends or sponsor in the event his/her visa application is refused by the British Embassy.
Please contact the College for sponsorship details, college prospectus, course brochure, application pack, help and guidance.
The College charges tuition fees for each year a student enrols on a course. It is important that all students and sponsors are aware of the College requirements regarding the payment of tuition fees and have made the necessary arrangements for the funding of the course before enrolling.
Shortly after enrolment we will send out an invoice to either the student (at their home address) and/or their sponsor. The invoice will show the total fees due.
If we do not have written confirmation of a third party agreeing to pay part or all of the fees, within 7 days of enrolment, we will invoice the student for the full amount.
We prefer payments to be made by direct debit, electronic transfer, bankers draft or cheque payable to the College as this is efficient for us and convenient for the student or sponsor. Please ask the sending bank to quote the student number, family name and date of birth of the student when making the transfer.

Instructions:
To comply with the College’s strict financial regulations, we require evidence of financial support for students admitted to the College. After a student is enrolled to the College, the following financial evidence must be submitted:
- A completed Sponsorship Form
- A current, or official bank statement that indicates the sponsor has adequate funds to pay for the student’s first year in the UK.
- An advance deposit of minimum £1,000 as a commitment Fee
After the sponsor has submitted the items listed above, and the student’s financial support is guaranteed, the College is able to issue the unconditional letter for the student to use when applying for visa at a U.K. Embassy or Consulate.
This Sponsorship Form is divided into two parts. In PART I the Sponsor will promise or guarantee to provide full financial support to the student for living and studying expenses. In this part, the Sponsor writes his or her name in full and states the relationship he or she has to the student. The Sponsor then reads a paragraph summarizing the purpose of the Sponsorship Form and indicates his/her agreement to meet the requirements of a student sponsor.
The Sponsor takes this form to a bank, or notary public or other appropriate official who will witness the Sponsor signing his or her name on the form. After witnessing the signature, the official signs PART II of the form and stamps/seals the form indicating that the person named on the form is indeed the person who signed the form.
The student’s financial sponsor must complete this part of the form.
