This programme had added a lot to my experience. As an engineer my dream is to work with companies like Jaguar, Land Rover, go ogle etc...and this visit has helped me a lit in understanding (Jaguar) their way of manufacturing such high quality cars and then assembling then in just few minutes. This stud tour has helped me with ideas and creativity which i can implement in my marketing career as well. I am able to understand culture, habits, ways of performing task etc. In a western way which has helped me understand the technique of convincing people in a polite manner, bringing changes to my thinking level as well
