I started my career in India in 1987, when I qualified as a registered General Nurse from Raj Kumari Amrit Kaur College of Nursing, New Delhi.

I worked as a clinical instructor at the same college for three years and this is where I got the bug for teaching. After Migrating to England in 1990,

I completed my adaptation and worked as a qualified nurse for 7 years but was not satisfied and was looking for a new and bigger challenge. This is when I trained and qualified as an assessor and then a verifier for NVQ'S in 2002.

I started my training career again as a verifier and completed my Certificate in first line Mangement in 2004. Currently I am working as an assessment centre manager for the NHS.
