Specially designed for the business community & individuals aimed at studying the MBA in Britain
offers a structured package of courses that give business professionals the opportunity to enhance their personal development and gain internationally recognised awards. The course structure allows you to pursue your desired goals, such as progression onto an MBA or more specialised qualification, with opportunities in fields such as personnel, finance, marketing or general business
The Diploma in Business Corporate Communication offers students a unique opportunity to expand their Business English knowledge and to gain valuable experience. The programme is designed around individual learning styles and delivered via a One to One basis, small groups, intensively or on a drip-feed basis.
This programme is intended for high school & college graduates and individuals from a business background who have the authority and personal inspiration to translate organisational strategy into effective operational performance. It is equally valuable for the person who aspires to such a role, by helping them to gain the knowledge and understanding necessary to carry out that role.

Entry Requirements
Students should:
- Have completed a secondary school certificate.
OR
Possess a Certificate level Management qualification, or a Professional qualification or 1 year management experience.
OR
No formal education required for
o A middle or senior manager with over 2 years of experience OR
o An Owner Manager wishing to develop and grow their organization OR
o A Consultant with corporate clients.
The College staff will make the final decision based on qualifications, experience and interviews.
All students are required to have a level of competence in English appropriate to the intended scheme of study.
Business English Communication Certificate (University of Cambridge, ESOL Examination Body)
Duration: 6 months
Students have the opportunity of doing coursework in all of the following:
Business English Communication
Develops reading comprehension of business publications and the ability to discuss them with confidence and insight. Students learn to write clear, concise and effective memos, letters and reports. They acquire excellent listening skills and are able to confidently discuss business related topics.
Business Concepts
Explores the corporate world and an understanding of the key areas of modern business practices by studying international companies. Students learn concepts and theories in management, international trade, finance, logistics, company structures, business travel, globalization, marketing and advertising.
Presentations
Develops presentation skills to persuade an audience with impact. Students research and deliver business presentations that are engaging and effective.
Interviewing and Debating
The course to help students get the job they want! Students learn what employers are looking for and develop a personal resume and cover letter. Interviewing techniques are covered and students learn how to impress potential employers by promoting themselves in today's competitive market.
Negotiation
Develops strong negotiation skills, covers strategies and tactics to be used in business negotiations.
Business Case Analysis
Develops communication skills in a wide range of business situations. Students learn to analyze and understand business cases.
Corporate Success
Covers the basics of how companies become successful. Students participate in hands on activities dealing with customer service.
Upon satisfactory completion of the program, students are eligible to write the University of Cambridge Business English Certificate examination.
British Business & Management Development Award
The award induces eight independent components for a maximum-value learning experience.
• Management of Human Resources
This module seeks to develop students’ depth of knowledge about the changes taking place in the current work arena, the complexities of Human Resource Management and its relationship to organisational strategy.
• Accountancy & Financial Management
The module represents a mixture of financial accounting, management accounting and corporate finance.
• Marketing Management
The challenges of global competition, rapidly changing technology, new consumer needs and shifting demographics, have necessitated the development of strategic marketing skills if companies are to survive, let alone prosper.
• Operations Management
Explores the role of operations management in competitive organisations; new product and service development; location and layout; inventory systems, JIT and MRP; supply chain management; capacity management and control; queuing; quality management.
• International Finance Management
The International Financial Management module looks at the risks faced by business through trading internationally. Translation, transaction, economic and political risks are identified and analysed.
• Global Business Strategy
Provide global frameworks that act as overall guide to strategy formulation and help broaden the individual’s. Knowledge and imagination on multinational management issues.
• E-Commerce & E-Business
This module addresses both theoretical and practical aspects of e-Business and e-Commerce through an exploration of the digital economy.
• Business Forecasting & Modelling
The aims of the module are to develop in students an ability to critically evaluate forecasting methods and models for business give students the ability to construct effective forecasts and to interface these with real business problems and strategies.
On successful completion of the course you will receive the prestigious the Executive Diploma in Corporate Communication & Management Level 3/4 from the College. Addition to that, you will receive the Business English Communication Certificate from the University of Cambridge ESOL Examination Board and the British Business & Management Development Award from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
Please note that Institute of Leadership and Management & University of Cambridge (ESOL Examinations) are prestigious accredited bodies and their awards are recognesed locally, nationally and internationally.
With this qualification students can expect to pursue careers in Management in Business and Industry both nationally and internationally.
On completion of the course, students may progress on to the BSc, BBA, MSc, MBA in management at various universities in the UK and World.
International Students studying on courses that last more than six months can now work 20 hours a week during term time and full time during holidays. Therefore students now have blanket permission to work and no longer have to apply to their local Job Centre or to the Overseas Labour Service, providing they meet the general requirements about the type of work they undertake and the number of hours they work while studying.
The staff at the College are dedicated to helping students to find part-time work. These vacancies are advertised via notice boards and the web. The College has excellent contacts in all areas of the local industry and a career counsellor is appointed to advise on suitable work. Counselling services at the college available.
