We advise all students under the age of 18 to consult your parents, guardians and the admission team before making an application, to make sure that you are enrolling on the right course.

Questions to ask yourself before choosing a course:

  • Do I really want to study this course, will I enjoy it?
  • Do I meet the course requirements?
  • How will this course help me to improve my academic skills?
  • How will this course help me in my future goals?
  • What will I do after completing this course?

And then when you’re ready you can apply!

Once you have decided which course you want to apply for, you need to submit the Application Form to the College with the following documents:

Once we have all the documents you will receive :

  • Confirmation email

Receipt of Application

If you do not receive an email one week after submitting your Application Form, please contact the College immediately.

After successfully submitting the application form and meeting the requirements you will receive a Conditional Offer Letter.

The letter confirms the applicants details, course applied for, duration and fee.

Applicants under 18 must also return the following three forms to the College:

  • U18 Form - detailing the student’s accommodation and transfer arrangements, medical information and emergency contact details.
  • Parental Consent form - detailing College information regarding safeguarding and agreement to College requests.
  • Guardianship form - students aged 16-18 are required to have an English-speaking appointed guardian (over the age of 21) based in the UK. This guardian should be appointed by the parents or person legally responsible for the student.
  • U18 Medical Form - This form is to be held on the college records in the event there is an emergency. It would enable The College to act in special circumstances and pass on relevant information to emergency services should they request it.

These forms can be downloaded above and scanned to hl@bcol.co.uk or they will be emailed to you at the time of application.

If you have received the Conditional Offer Letter and have returned all the relevant documents you are now ready to pay the College fees.

For government sponsored students you will be required to submit a Financial Guarantee Letter.
